      - The absolute best team I have every had the pleasure of working with (smarts + laughs + great connection) - A variety of interesting projects: nothing ever gets boring - Highly communicative management team - Lots of fun team-building and mentorship opportunities

      Cons

      I only have one con: the cost of living in Toronto got really bad over Covid, and it no longer made financial sense to stay in Canada for me.

      Small diligently company listening to customer base.

      small company with limited resources in competition with larger competitors and being able to hold their position within the competitive market.
