Pros

Very little politics since it's not too big of a company Easy to communicate with anyone from the CEO to the engineers Not too stressful an environment Good work-life balance with basically a 9 to 6 work day An interesting marketplace that has growth potential Any idea can be offered for consideration. Any marketing idea will be tried and tested instead of just dismissed.

Cons

The health care plan causes my family to spend a lot out of pocket No 401k match No HR department to organize social activities or celebrations Can be hard to communicate with China office given time and language differences

Pros

Interns are trained in a variety of duties. They also get to use programs which are very much in demand by current employers(Dreamweaver, Google Adwords and Analytics, for example). Overall, the employees are very polite and friendly; they seem content overall with their jobs. InetSoft is a respectable company to have on your resume; they have been around since 1996 and their software is used by %25 of Fortune 500 companies.

Cons

As mentioned previously, the unstructured approach can take some getting used too. However, once the adjustment takes place, you may find that this is more conducive to maximum productivity. Also, the commitment expected of interns is 3-5 days a week, so it may not be for students with an already very full schedule.
