Worst Management and Policies of the company - Data Engineer Inference Labs Employee Review

1. Delay in salary credit, no timeline for the salary credit date. 2. The company policies are not transparent and management changed it verbally according to their comfort. 3. There is no timeline for F&F settlements I got my statement after 110 Day that too half of what I deserve. 4. The F&F settlement process is lame and they deduct salary without any solid reason and If you will ask for it they will tell you the policies which are not there in the documents and also they will threaten to do some legal action to pressurise you.
