Not a single thing is good.

No clear HR policy. They told someting at the time of joining and completely different at the time of resignation. Micromanagement Not a visible hike You have to work 6days in a week and the sunday is so called week off. If any mail comes for you, no matter where you are , you have to reply. You have to check mail on the road also. Work chulture isn't good at all. Company provides laptop in terrible condition. They don't know how to run a business with happy employees. Labour rurnover is high in this company.
