Pros

I met some nice people there, but beyond that, nothing,

Cons

From 1999-2009, when Infinata was under the leadership of its 2 co-founders, the company was a thriving, fun place to work. Since the company was sold and the reigns were handed over to the current managing director in 2009, the company has been in turmoil. During her tenure, 3 CTO's have come and gone and 5 marketing directors have come and gone. Most notably, a few of the highest producing sales reps have quit because the managing director is of the belief that she should be the highest paid since she is the highest ranking. A few sales reps earned more than her from commissions so she decided to cut their commissions. In the past year or so, Infinata redesigned its web site. The new site is dark and dreary and reminds me of a funeral home. it's no coincidence that Infinata is being run into the ground by an inept and egotistical managing director who should be avoided.

Pros

The company has some established customers as it has been around for 17 years now. The web site was recently made over, and although it could still use improvement, is far better looking than the previous one.

Cons

Ever since the company was sold and the original founders left, things have been in turmoil. Since 2010, there have been 5 marketing directors who have come and gone, 2 CTO's who have left, multiple sales managers who have walked out and a slew of former employees who quit. The managing director is next to impossible to appease and has unrealistic expectations of staff.
