      Really impressed with the on-boarding process; made to feel welcome and part of the team. Senior management more than willing to support you and give guidance. Exciting technology with very happy customers

      No cons to report, so far it's been a great experience, lots of very committed and passionate employees all more than willing to support you .

      Pros

      Seasoned management that does not micro manage and gives you a lot of rope. Flexible to remote work. Decent benefits. Not a lot of meetings and/or bureaucracy.

      Cons

      Tough to penetrate new accounts in this market and very focused on the high end. Limited channel distribution.
