      Sales leadership is very short sighted when it comes to making sales to Fortune 500 companies. $1M+ storage sales don't happen in 3 - 6 months. Culture clash between the two HQs

      Pros

      Seasoned management that does not micro manage and gives you a lot of rope. Flexible to remote work. Decent benefits. Not a lot of meetings and/or bureaucracy.

      Cons

      Tough to penetrate new accounts in this market and very focused on the high end. Limited channel distribution.
