Pros

Excellent culture and quick career progression. The team here is the best that I have worked with. Honestly, a great group of people. I am now in my third role here, having moved from a junior role into management in 2 years. That's definitely down to the support that I've had and the team around me. Working here is also a great way into the tech sales industry generally!

Cons

Salaries are competitive for a disti, and there are some really good benefits. That said, other IT channel roles will likely pay more, if you choose to work in Reseller/MSP land, or for a vendor. This is the most common reason that I have seen people leave, after doing a few years here to build their experience. It's a shame because I have known people, who wanted to stay for the culture and team, leave for higher pay.
