Pros
The employee culture. Everybody is consistently kind and respectful to one another. There's a "we're all in this together" mindset that is one of the biggest reasons I've stayed on with the company for so long.
Cons
It's telecom work. This isn't the company's fault at all. The industry itself just tends to bring with it the horrible flavor combination of "client provides almost no details/outright bad information" and- depending on the region- "jurisdiction demands psychotic levels of detail." It's very easy to get burned out on this kind of work, especially when crunch hits. But hey, that's telecom.
