• Hit and miss depending on the area you work in. • Staff who don't 'fit in' are pushed out. • Manger heavy. But you are expected to raise your own work orders. Raise your safery observations. Find part numbers, where parts books are either not onsite or falling apart. • Very little to no training giving. Leaving to people getting fustrated when they are unable to figure things out. • Expectation to work way past your normal hours for no remuneration. As overtime isn't paid and time back in lieu is rarely giving back and not monitored.
