Tutorials are exorbitant and supervisions are accommodated. Working environment is conducive. The working culture for artists are family-like. This company is highly recommended for those who have the passion in animation (with all the components supporting the industry) and all the more so to be a specialist.
Cons
Poor work and life balance. Projects are contract-base, thus there are no guarantee over long-term job security. Wage is considerably low. However this is subject to personal development, opportunity, and overall termly review. The site is quite remote from the city centre, limiting entertainment and interaction with the outer environment. As a result, a reasonable high retention rate has been occurred.
