You won't have job security. I am working there for more than 2 years. After I told one opinion, they said they won't allow me to enter there from next day onwards. After I asked termination letter they refused to provide that. I then rqised this issue in facebook. After that in evening they sent me a warning letter. After many questioned they told thwy haven't terminated me. And then again a suapension when I sat in the company. Now am in suspension. They are now spreading many lies even about my personal life outside the company. They have already terminated 2 enployees before f silly matters. The reason they said for suspension is that my performance ia poor. The same company has awarded me the best performer before. You can never trust this company. Working hours are not at all flexible. Some member even worked from 9 to 7 next day. You even wont get enough experience as the company is thinking only about money. Individuals seeking perfection in software can never depend on this company
