Pros

The team at Infinite is incredibly hardworking and kind. It’s clear that people are motivated by their desire to help people recover and change their life. Serving the staff was a huge honor and I miss so many people from the team to this day. The pay and benefits changed my life. Working with the various locations and teams taught me so much about myself, and has enabled me to grow personally and professionally despite shifting to another industry. Meeting clients and their families made the most chaotic days and weeks manageable.

Cons

Upper management have big hearts, but often make last minute changes that provide quick solutions, but hurt employees and client care long term. The CEO can be scattered and inconsistent and that makes it hard to plan ahead or organize your day. There is also a lot of family involvement in upper management so it can make you feel like an outsider when you try to make suggestions or give feedback. My job ran me into the ground and left me completely exhausted day in and day out. Finding work life balance can be so hard when things come up nights or weekends. There is a tendency for management to not utilize employees for their full potential and this is very disheartening. The CEO lives a lavish lifestyle despite the company having layoffs, budget constraints, and staffing problems.

Pros

I am continually impressed by the level of dedication and compassion demonstrated by the team at Infinite Recovery. What stands out most is the way employees come together, collaborate, and go above and beyond to ensure that every client receives the support they need. The genuine care, heart, and commitment that staff bring to their work is unlike anything I have seen elsewhere. Whether it's helping a client navigate barriers to treatment, supporting families through difficult moments, or finding creative solutions to keep someone engaged in their recovery journey, the team consistently puts clients first. Infinite Recovery has created a culture where people are willing to do whatever they can to help clients focus on healing and recovery. The passion, teamwork, and unwavering commitment to making a difference in people's lives truly set this organization apart.

Cons

If I had to list a con, it would be that the team cares so much about our clients that the days can be long and busy. However, that's also what makes Infinite Recovery such a special place to work and receive treatment.

Pros

12 hour shifts / 3 days a week, great coworkers, cool supervisor

Cons

Communication from upper management, good ole boys club found common when working in recovery environments, and no structure to emergencies.
