Pros
Unique, interesting technology. Large market with huge potential for growth and a very promising trajectory. Collaborative and open company culture fosters great team working without being held back by politics. Clear direction and ambition as a business.
Cons
As a start up some of the standard company processes can be nascent or absent. Great for opportunity to propose improvements and implement processes, but not ideal if you need a formally structured environment to perform. As a small start up with low head count roles can be more cross functional so some flexibility needed to adapt to tasks that may be outside of the job description.
