Pros

Like a previous post stated. This company’s only pro applys to gaining the experience needed at an entry level or mid level position to move on to a better company.

Cons

Company is full of cons, especially from the reviews on Glassdoor created by the Managment team which is obvious. I cannot list all of the cons. Bottom line is that they do not treat their employees well, and leave employees with the constant fear that the will loose their jobs at someone else’s expense. Accounting is terrible, as well as Allflight the Infinity Air repair station. I do not know how they stay in business.

Pros

1. I never feel i am working in an office, the environment and work culture is very friendly. 2. Always surrounded by passionate people having hunger to learn and explore. 3. Motivates new talent and gives opportunity to learn and learn and learn. 4. Senior management is totally supportive and helps in all aspects. 5. For me, it is the best company to work with who not only motivates junior and middle staff but also helps in every manner in all aspects of growth.

Cons

We have the same normal issues that all companies have. Its just part of the corporate world. Nothing major. There is always room for improvement.

Pros

None, Absolutely none, Nothing, absolutely nothing

Cons

Absolutely no training whatsoever, Owner is a bully and treats his employees badly, lots of yelling, swearing and sexism in the offices, workers are constantly threatened with losing their jobs everyday by owner and manager, owner pits sales people against one another, no teamwork because everyone is afraid of being fired, they sell faulty products too, customer is sold an overhauled airplane part but the owner and manager will tell the workers to pull used parts off of old parts and sell them as new to the customer, there have been fist fights at company parties and the owner encourages this type of behavior. Not a professional atmosphere or culture at all. Visited by the FAA several times and are in constant fear of being shut down due to unethical behavior. This all can be traced back to the owner and the manager and how they run this company. A company is only as good as its leaders and these guys are as unethical and unprofessional as they come. I could not believe the things they did there. I didn't say anything at the time but wow, looking back I can't believe the stuff they pulled. Not a good company to work for.
