Entrepreneurial Culture. If you're talented, communicate well, and work smart this is a place that you will thrive. The team is friendly and supportive.

Cons

Accountability Focus. It's not for everyone. The expectation that you will produce results happens quickly.

Pros

I've spent 10 years in corporate America and this is truly the best role I've ever had. The culture here is incredible, the team is made up of really intelligent architects, designers, project managers, marketers, sales professionals etc. What I love most is how interconnected the work is. Every team collaborates daily, and every project touches multiple departments, which makes the work feel meaningful and unified. Work life flexibility is genuinely supported, and wellness (both physical and mental) is a real priority. There’s an onsite gym available, and we’re encouraged to use it, with the time and space actually given to make it part of our day. Our VP even created a fun wellness room for people to go to do quick meditations, stretch or take personal calls as needed. Most important for me a as a mom, the understanding and flexibility around family life means everything to me. I feel valued as both an employee and a parent, and that balance makes all the difference. As someone who works in sales, the benefits are significantly greater than other sales environments I've worked in and the company has incredible health insurance benefits.

Cons

There is a lot to learn at first, which can be a bit overwhelming when you first start but you start to learn the terminology and pick up on the processes. You don't need to be a designer or architect to be able to work here!

Pros

- Very flexible schedule. - The company did put effort into branded merchandise and creating an energetic image. - Beautiful offices

Cons

This is an extremely sales-focused company that depends heavily on cold calling to bring in work. Prices are high, so there’s constant pressure to find new clients instead of building long-term relationships. The office culture felt gossipy, and leadership was very top-down. The company is run by the CEO and his son, who were involved in almost every decision. The direction of the company seemed to change constantly. It was always explained as being “agile,” but it usually just felt inconsistent. My biggest concern was the sales messaging. Clients were given a much more optimistic impression of the company’s capabilities than what could actually be provided. The messaging seemed to change depending on the situation, which made it difficult to feel confident that customers were getting a consistent and transparent picture of the business. The company also worked hard to present itself as something unique while avoiding the label of “design-build,” even though the model is identical to a traditional design-build model. For people in the industry, this was a major turnoff and made the company’s messaging feel much less credible. There also wasn’t much room to question decisions. If you challenged leadership or raised concerns, it didn’t feel like those conversations were welcomed.
