Pros
*the employees are generally great *company luncheons *training opportunities *some benefits - healthcare and matching 401k that are hard to find that good anywhere else *opportunities to advance *very real time immersion and quick learning opportunities
Cons
*upper management as a whole *rampant negativity with no support from immediate supervisors *very quick to punish and very slow to recognize *absolutely NO HR at all - person in charge is not professional or appropriate *very long hours with no compensation *low pay *lack of respect for employees as people *clear favoritism - sometimes hire people in order to get (or keep) a client *CEO has moments of being very inappropriate *feedback comes in scattered and never uniform so what you do for this project will almost certainly be wrong for other projects
