      Pros

      You feel like you can make a difference helping mostly women to start their own businesses and watch them succeed.

      Cons

      Some of the customers can be really hard to deal with. I had one yell at me once and that didn't make me feel good but overall I really love the company.

      Pros

      I get to work part time at the factory and part time from home. I really like the products that I build, and test and the process is easy to understand. sometimes I model for the classes and get a nice tan.

      Cons

      The only con is I would like more hours.

      Pros

      I have learned so much about what it means to run a business. I have been exposed to customer service, social media, operations and office management. Every day I get to learn something new and I love the products!.

      Cons

      I don't think there are any cons. I love the owner and the customers and see a lot of room for growth. I worked here before and left to try something new but really missed the company.
