It's enjoyable to be team member at a high growth company where your positive efforts and work ethic can have a direct impact on the bottom line and propel the company to greater heights. I love the casual atmosphere. I have awesome workmates. Great pay plan and benefits. Low key supervisors, no micro-managers. Family friendly, work from home available. 401k with employer match.
Cons
None. I actually need more space for the Pros. The Friday catered lunch is always a nice treat. Profit sharing is awesome, too. They also do a lot of charitable donations with St. Jude.
