Company cares about customers, doing the right thing. And they care about employees: Friday lunches, snacks and coffee are provided free to all employees. And every 10 years the company flies all employees and a guest to attend a long weekend at vacation locations - free. Ten years ago we all went to Cabo San Lucas - free. Next year it is another exotic beach location in Mexico - free. Also, if you have been with the company more than a year, you receive a bonus every December. For the most part, management seems to be laid back. But they will hold individuals accountable for doing work they are supposed to do. But that seems like the right way to run a business. Like me, most employees have been at the company more than 10 years. Its hard to get fired unless you just dont do youre work, or if you screw up lots and lots of times. Employees can work from home, which is great because commuting in northern Virginia is awful. Its nice to avoid the traffic and work from home. Its a great company to work for. I got lots of flexibility, my manager treats me well and I like that our customers like our software. Its all good too me.

None. I'm very happy here. The people are smart and committed to helping customers. Again, its hard to get fired unless you really screw up or you are lazy. The bad reviews here I dont get. But I guess it is from employees who got fired because they were either lazy or the screwed up. I see that those reviews are from people who only worked here for a few years, whcih I guess says they werent good employees.
