Pros

Modern office in a good location with facilities including a barista. Staff socials and rewards (non monetary) if you reach targets. Some really decent people in the company.

Cons

Please listen to the other reviews and take them seriously. There’s no point duplicating but I will echo: ZERO flexibility when it comes to hybrid/flexible working, even though the products themselves are designed and marketed for entirely that! This company is the definition of ‘forced culture’, and thinks buying people pizza in the office on a Friday night makes up for not paying them correctly. YOUR OFFICE IS NOT YOUR CULTURE. Extremely cliquey, if you’ve been working there since it’s inception to the UK, you’re basically untouchable, and therefore will never leave and thus become part of the problem. Zero focus on your professional development or mental health. As a new starter, your role will be made up of jobs that no one else wants to do and give you zero value. Toxic work environment, expect to be ignored, to your face. Not a girls girl in site. EAs swan around like they own the place whilst contributing virtually nothing to the office, whilst everyone else is working tirelessly. CEO not approachable and almost relishes in a hierarchy culture. No exit interviews because they don’t care what you have to say.

Pros

This is a deeply inclusive and genuinely collaborative company—one where positivity doesn’t just exist, it flourishes. There’s a clear, intentional commitment to employee well-being, paired with an equally strong investment in long-term growth and future development. People here are supported, encouraged, and empowered to thrive, not just in their roles today, but in the paths they’re building for tomorrow.

Cons

The company readily embraces change, moving with agility and an openness to new direction—though at times, that momentum can lead to pivots that arrive a bit faster than the organization can fully absorb. Even so, this adaptability reflects a culture unafraid of evolution, always reaching toward what’s next rather than standing still.

Pros

Remote first if not close to a hub. Company has steady, consistent growth

Cons

Though growth continues, benefits seem to be lacking/declining through the years
