Pros

The pros are that there is a viable product that does help small firms expedite their litigation workflow.

Cons

1. Bad Management - Middle management has no idea what they are doing and just used to be good at sales. 2. Terrible Leadership - CRO is just a micro manager masquerading as a Revenue Officer. Has no clear vision, does not work on the future of the business and only looks at yesterday's results 3. Bad culture - Team is siloed, and there is an unhealthy 'snake biting' culture where reps are encouraged to take each other's leads and opportunities 4. Unorganized - CRM is a mess, which is true for most companies, but account reps don't get any direction on how to work territory and are asked to 'wing it' instead of being given guidance. 5. Terrible Onboarding Process - Training is non-existent, and you are asked to figure everything out on your own from day 1. Hope this helps.

Pros

This is a deeply inclusive and genuinely collaborative company—one where positivity doesn’t just exist, it flourishes. There’s a clear, intentional commitment to employee well-being, paired with an equally strong investment in long-term growth and future development. People here are supported, encouraged, and empowered to thrive, not just in their roles today, but in the paths they’re building for tomorrow.

Cons

The company readily embraces change, moving with agility and an openness to new direction—though at times, that momentum can lead to pivots that arrive a bit faster than the organization can fully absorb. Even so, this adaptability reflects a culture unafraid of evolution, always reaching toward what’s next rather than standing still.

Pros

Remote first if not close to a hub. Company has steady, consistent growth

Cons

Though growth continues, benefits seem to be lacking/declining through the years
