Great company to work for - Employee Infobelt Employee Review

There are a handful of actually decent people. Benefits / comp are good, but they need to be to put up with the CEO.

CEO is a con-artist. He overbills the only client, yells at / belittles employees, talks negatively about everyone, and is generally a horrible / unethical person. There were red flags even during the interview process and I should have listened to my gut. Zero career progression / opportunities. The CEO sees each person as a set of hours in the day to do whatever off-the-wall activity the CEO thought of overnight. No real organization / goals. The company tries every now and then to focus, but the CEO always goes off the rails 10 seconds later.

Very friendly and supportive colleagues who are experts in their respective fields. Fair compensation, improving holiday and vacation options.

Leadership (CEO) who often pushes staff to complete borderline unethical tasks. A win at ALL COSTS mantra from CEO leads employees to fear job elimination if all tasks are not completed, no matter how deceitful they may appear.
