So-called WFH for 2 days

Sat Sun is off only for the saying, you have to work to meet targets. Targets are so high that you can't take leave, you have to work on Sat/ Sun, 9 hr shift is compulsory and no location based attendance. They will remove you within 3 months if you don't meet their targets, continuous threat of not meeting the targets. Irrelevant, Qured thing they expect to do it at home. Leaves you with no personal life. Work late night , meet targets , have so many KRAs to fulfill. Then do cold calling only , mailing and everything. Simply Elite BPO thing , there is not even a R of Research in this company. And don't go for expert side that's the most pathetic role with no growth and life. If they remove you after probation you will be left in between with a void. Office has full politics and just 2 VPs are there so very LALA company feels. No cab facility, no parking even for the company. Avoid as much as possible

It is a pathetic organization to work for. They dont tell their work description properly and they do not tell about the targets. Basically its sales disguise as research. They have new batch hiring every month because no-one stays here after 3 months. Either they fire for not fulfilling their targets or the employee leaves because of too much work pressure. The target i intolerable and no-one supports the employee. Management only want revenue done so you have to be active on weekends, after office hours etc. If you want to make career in sales and unnecessary burden is adjustable for you then you can join the company otherwise this is very pathetic organization to work for.
