Pros
I have been a full time employee of Infolock for approximately two years. Personally, I cannot say enough good things about this company. Through the guidance, opportunities, and training I have received here, I achieved more professionally in two years than I did in the previous 6 years of my career.
-Relaxed atmosphere.
-You will come to know everyone in the office, which creates a sense of team and community.
-Management works closely with everyone, is open for communication at any time, and respects the input from staff.
-Management also goes out of its way to ensure that people feel appreciated, as well as provide fun ways of saying thanks to those that work here.
-Work/Life balance is emphasized and respected.
-(Technical) Over time you get to work with, and become proficient in, multiple security technologies and solutions. This has been one of my favorite aspects of the job, as it helps to create a very broad and well rounded understanding of security.
Cons
- (Technical) The level of training and education that is required for on-boarding can be significant, especially for those at a junior level or lacking experience in the security field. I personally don't see this to be a con, but it is something to be aware of.
