Pros
Solid ASX200 company with a sales driven culture and global customer base. Good corporate culture with Table tennis go karts and free fruit weekly. Subsidised lunch too and free parking.
Cons
Toxic culture in finance with a rotating middle management door and shaky job stability. CFO regularly fires staff prior to probation expiring and saw one colleague fired the day before anniversary. CFO indecisive and creates environment of fear and confusion where noone really knows what is required of them and how to satisfy an extremely demanding CFO that is impossible to please.
