After 6 months the management changed to project based employees only for new hires. our contract being renewed every month and you have to be able to reach weekly quotas to be able to stay in the company. There are few campaigns available so they have to lay off most of their lead gen employees. No holiday pay and only HMO as their benefits. Bonuses are low to none
