Pros
The longer you work here the more you realise that our products are best in class, which is reassuring when speaking to clients. Great communication between journalists/analysts and the sales teams, helping support with technical queries. Young and energetic sales floor with some very intelligent people who are forthcoming with guidance. Management always make time and want to see you succeed. Great social environment with regular excursions that introduce you to the wider business. Engagement from upper management (C level) to introduce themselves to new starters and give over view of company strategic goals. Engagement from MD level to listen to the sales teams' challenges and address such challenges to drive more revenue.
Cons
Like with any big organisation there are processes that seem unnecessary slowing things down. Lack of communication between different teams (sales/client services/billing) that can lead to unnecessary issues. On boarding needs improving. Can sometimes seem a bias of investment in other products within the portfolio (that I don't sell).
