      Pros

      Very large company, lots of internationals, beautiful office, lots of vacation days, flexible working from home or onsite, commuting expenses reimbursed

      Cons

      Can get very stressful, often work overtime. The company is so large that I don't feel like my position matters at all - I seem to just be "one more employee". Promotion opportunities are difficult to pursue. I put in a lot of hard work and effort and don't feel like I'm getting much of a return.

      Opportunities for travel and to get involved in some really interesting industries

      Lots of roles and teams being shifted around which is creating morale challenges and effecting business goals.
