Every six months they given ad to top job sites bcos no one can stay on that concern atleast 6 months. If you got a offer from this company with 30 % hike from your current company. You will not a get the increment atleast next 2 years , If you stayed in your current there iteself will crossed nearly 40 % hike . If you on a ideal go join. Other wise dont spoil your experience.
