the Company's size doesn't meet its weak working environment and weak management section. - Customer Support Informatique for Information Technology Employee Review

1- I been in the market for around 10 years and as I know it's the biggest company specialized in Enterprise Systems for the government in Egypt. Working for it gave me a lot of experience regarding the projects scale. 2 - It has projects in Gulf as Oman, Kuwait, Qatar and this was a great chance to travel many places (not always and not for everyone). 3 - They are trying to improve, the management most of the time is hearing my complains and they are affording that. 4 - They are open to use new technologies and upgrade themselves. 5 - The environment is very friendly, helpful,and I made a lot of friendships while working in Informatique. 6 - They pay well compared to other companies in Egypt.

1 - Work overload. 2 - Sometimes they hire not qualified people. 3 - lake of process and organization in some areas. 4 - Infrastructure is not that good, PCs/Network.

there is no positive at all all time spend in waste time

First of all , Old technologies in working , Bad team experience , for all positions No promise for any changes for technology , No new experience at any field Also , Salaries is so late , sometimes i get half of my salary the default Salary on 10 of the month and if you leave and got new opportunity they will not gave you your Salary , So Bad Management and Technical teams
