      Good Work Life Balance Excellent work culture. Work on key technologies. Continuous learning with Excellent learning platforms and expert mentors with global exposure. Supportive and understanding management and HR. Good policies across several areas.

      During peak hours work can become a bit hectic but its managed well

      Pros

      No pros at this point in time. Earlier working with marquee client would have been one.

      Cons

      Only 2 major clients, no roadmap for adding new clients. Dependent on Infosys mothership, management not skilled enough to develop business and skill locally. Sales is non existent.
