Bad company, no work life balance, no employee value, WFO during COVID - Software Engineer Infotek Software & Systems Employee Review

My time at I Tek RFID in Pune was honestly one of the most exhausting phases of my career. The work culture felt toxic on a daily basis. Employees are constantly pushed to work overtime, not because the work demands it, but because it’s treated as a norm. And the only “reward” offered is a comp-off, which doesn’t even come close to compensating for the time and energy lost. Post-working-hours calls were routine, and unnecessary meetings were scheduled at random times with absolutely no productive outcome. It felt like time was being wasted just for the sake of looking busy. Maintaining even a basic work-life balance was impossible. What made it worse is that even when you perform well, you’re still made to feel like you’re underperforming. The feedback culture felt demoralizing instead of developmental. There is no real growth, professionally or personally — just constant pressure with nothing meaningful to gain from it. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice. The environment is draining, the practices feel unethical, and there is no actual path for growth.

Extremely toxic work culture that drains you mentally and emotionally. Forced overtime treated as a standard expectation, not an exception. No real compensation for extra work, only useless comp-offs. Constant post-working-hours calls disrupting any personal time or rest. Unnecessary meetings scheduled randomly with zero productive outcomes. Terrible work-life balance, making it hard to maintain any routine. Negative and demotivating feedback even when you perform well. Poor or zero career growth, with no clear progression or learning. Unethical approach to employee treatment, creating constant stress. Overall draining environment with nothing meaningful to gain long term.

HR calls and schedules interview on immediately basis on Saturday.

No revert after interview. Constantly following up with hr pn call and email but no response. Worst experience ever. No professionalism.
