      No Notice period , Direct termination without any intimation. Weekends working . Not paying anything for weekends and putting pressure to work every other weekend . Extended work hours daily .

      Sometimes you get surprise holiday

      They are very open about pay, their rules etc. Pay on time, no surprises.
