      I am working with Infoxen Technologies for the last eight months and this company is very caring and supportive for all employees, I have gained tremendous experience with Infoxen. I am happy to get the opportunity to be a part of this reputed organization. It's a remarkable journey for me. The main reason I like working at Infoxen is that they treat you like family and not a robot. This company makes each and every employee feel valued, and we love it. I have learned a lot of things in Infoxen that very help full for me. I have enhanced my skills and experienced tremendous growth in all aspects.

      Pros

      Work environment ok,not too good Salary comes on time,last day of month. 5 days working. 1.5 leave per month

      Cons

      Very small team(total 7-8 people only in real) Too much pressure on fresher,they think that fresher can become a full fledged experienced developer in one month.Definintely trash thinking of CEO. Prefer it until you don't have any other offer.

      The founder has unrealistic expectations and frequently expects one employee to handle the workload of multiple people. Compensation is significantly below industry standards, while workload and responsibilities continue to increase. This creates a stressful work environment and leads to employee burnout.
