      Pros

      People here are very co-operative and thoughful. They show Empathy towards their Colleagues. There are no long working hours as such. We just work as long as we have to. Flexible on the timings ;) Couldn't have asked for a better company as a fresher.

      Pros

      Work environment ok,not too good Salary comes on time,last day of month. 5 days working. 1.5 leave per month

      Cons

      Very small team(total 7-8 people only in real) Too much pressure on fresher,they think that fresher can become a full fledged experienced developer in one month.Definintely trash thinking of CEO. Prefer it until you don't have any other offer.

      Cons

      The founder has unrealistic expectations and frequently expects one employee to handle the workload of multiple people. Compensation is significantly below industry standards, while workload and responsibilities continue to increase. This creates a stressful work environment and leads to employee burnout.
