Gave me freedom to work on some solo projects (which is great as an intern). Other employees enjoyed working there, and there was a nice environment overall. Everyone is happy with management, smart people and they do their jobs well.

As it's an FDA regulated business, there can be a lot of paperwork.

Coworkers were very nice. People seem to genuinely care for each other. Good work life balance.

Higher management seemed to change their minds often regarding project goals or directions.
