Everything is a con! From the people, to the pay, to the lack of management! Do yourself a favor and do not work at Infrasource! I have never seen less qualified individuals. There is a giant game of favorites going on between management and their employees. Both the guys in the field and the office workers are constantly overlooked for promotions, raises, etc because they are not in the favorites club. This company is a joke!! I’ve been in the construction industry for almost 30 years and have NEVER been around a more dysfunctional organization.
