Canteen with hot, subsidised meals. If you need to surf the Internet all day long, you can and nobody will care.
Cons
Various styles of politics sabotage normal, productive and professional working. There's conventional Belgian politics. There's language politics (Dutch vs French). There's pathetic office politics ("paraplu"). There is laziness, dishonesty and stupidity in management.
