With several years here under my belt, I can confidently say that Infrascale is an incredible place to work. The team is made up of a diverse group of individuals who work hard and think creatively. Employees are dedicated, reliable, and show energy in taking on new initiatives. I genuinely feel like I work alongside responsible and cooperative peers. The leadership team is one of the best parts of the company. Team leaders are easily accessible to employees of any level, responsive, and collaborative on projects. They listen and truly care about employee skill building and career development. They’re high integrity individuals who work hard to attain company goals.
Cons
Infrascale is growing quickly and within the last 6 months has run out of office space within the current building – now spilling over into a second office location next door, which can cause a bit of disconnect at times. If the company gets a larger space within the building and everyone can again work under the same roof, this disconnect will be relieved.
