Culture is first and foremost at Indeed, which could be the biggest reason to why I've been with the company for over six years. Senior leadership does everything they can to make every employee happy and come to work excited. They are also HIGHLY visible every single day, including the CEO. Offices are open floor plans, so no corner offices for the senior leadership and everyone is accessible anytime 24/7. Each departmental Managers are highly experienced under their own field so you are learning from the best of the best in the industry.
Infrascale has been a great place to work. With any growing company, there have been and will be moments of stress and pressure. But through strong leadership and a clear mission, Infrascale has been an amazing place to work. The challenges are daily and varied and leave me satisfied. I have grown a lot working here and see a lot of potential for more in the future.
