      Coworkers are great Office location is good

      Cons

      Management is pathetic. One micro manger gets away with screaming at people. Benefits/Payroll are not handled by someone with any experience resulting in major issues for the employee with zero follow up from management.

      Pros

      - awesome company - intelligent. talented, career driven co-workers - flexible schedule - great culture - awesome projects

      Cons

      They did a major budget cuts and laid off a bunch of people and with promises of career growth and saying that they're getting more projects etc etc. i know you can't predict the future but seriously come on! people who were hired within 2 months got let go and people who love their jobs and that are great at their jobs. I feel like companies really need to be more loyal to their employees. Please rethink before hiring and laying people off
