Headed towards a corporate culture - Senior Software Engineer Infrrd Employee Review

The cons are just way too much 1.some new bad employee policy introduced (No more wfh. because people were overusing it) 2.corporate level hike of about 5 - 15% (previously company used to give 50-60), reason for less is because of people leaving even though they got good hike) 3.some managers try to micromanage u or suggest lame policies. 4.almost 0 team building activities. go to office, work, go home, that's all, quarterly party happens once a year. 5.great employees are all leaving left, right and center in the last 6 months. more are expected to leave soon. 6.play area is restricted as though we are in school
