Pros

Good pay. Good hours. Good colleagues. Nice offices in a good location. Good to experience that overall product and deliverance problems which the company have experienced are getting solved and that the future looks more and more bright.

Cons

There are very difficult customer-issues to deal with, which can be very stressful at times. Rules and regulations from management are quite unstable, extensive and changing on a regularly basis. Perhaps it would be better to give more responsibility and decision-making to the individual employee. Sometimes people can be quite accusing of each other. We should be working together to solve the difficult issues we face everyday instead of pointing fingers at one another.

Pros

- Great location. - Good pay. - Great colleagues - Nice IT facilities. - Working in a smaller business can give you good insight to how a business is run and functions. - COO Daniel is very professional and accessible if any problems arise. - Always busy, so you certainly won't get bored.

Cons

- Management does not communicate appropriately or professionally with some colleagues, regardless of their position. - Poor communication with warehouses at times. I enjoy my days at work quite a lot despite the stress, so i don't have more criticism besides the issues addressed. Although these issues do need to be addressed, as they unfortunately are bigger issues than management might expect they are.
