Flexible to make my own hours, work in office and remote, and getting to work with great clients.

Working in office most of the time alone.

Remote work and adequate pay

I did not feel supported in this position. The CEO was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to coworkers, etc. There was constant turnover due to this. Contracts were signed due to the need to have constant money coming in despite not having the staff to complete the contracts. There was a lack of support in training, lack of organization, communicatin, expectations, and clear guidance on what needed to be done. There were barely any benefits. I would highly recommend avoiding.
