      terrible management - does not "manage" just yells at your if you do something wrong and makes you seem like an idiot - managers are on a high pedestal while everyone else is a peasant to them

      Training is provided. Very cool people (employees)

      Cons

      Ownership / management are not the most empathetic or caring. HR harasses you with cameras over your head. Too many restrictions. No real benefits at all.
