Pros
The team is good and well managed, with good working practise and good communication. Best of all the technical management are technical. Good investment in skills etc. Other than benefits package a great gig.
Cons
personal training budget not big enough. benefits are really non existent in comparison to other full time technical roles. no health, pension, dental etc. office could be quieter.
