Cons
Leadership once consisted of brilliant minds who were great mentors. Unfortunately, almost all of them left. The culture is in a free fall. Every day, it somehow finds new depths of dysfunction. Respect is a foreign concept here. Employees are essentially held hostage with laughable retention tactics. Planning for deadlines? Wishful thinking. Welcome to the masterclass. Hard work is recognised, but only if you define recognition as nitpicking, undermining, and a complimentary kick to your morale. Almost every original team member has jumped ship. If that doesn't speak volumes, I don’t know what will. Don't believe the good ratings.
