Pros

Salary is eventually paid, although sometimes you have to wait and feel nervous.

Cons

I worked in this company for 5 years, and here is what I can say, considering that I saw quite a lot in this company. These people use both physical violence against employees and psychological pressure. This is unacceptable, and nobody can do anything about it. Extremely toxic work environment where colleagues are encouraged to undermine each other instead of collaborating. Management is shockingly incompetent: they don’t understand even the basics of how processes in their own departments should function. Communication is a disaster — managers often respond with passive aggression, vague statements, or avoid answers altogether. Zero transparency: employees are kept in the dark about company decisions, risks, or even basic structure. Everything feels improvised. No real sense of stability: people don’t know what to expect tomorrow, and leadership does nothing to inspire confidence. Company culture is built on fear and control rather than support and development. This is a company that destroys trust and motivation from within. If you value professional growth, constructive communication, and even basic respect in the workplace — stay far away from Inktech.

Pros

High salary, paid applications, performance reviews

Cons

They don’t respect your time or personal boundaries and won’t accommodate you there’s more showmanship than real work. You get buried under a ton of pointless busywork, and clients can’t clearly convey their ideas, so you’re always guessing what they’ll like. The communication is manipulative. The probationary periods are excessively long. They can fire you with just one day’s notice, but you have to keep working for a whole month when you write the termination letter!
