Pros

- stable income - good teams and coworkers - actually is a good company to work for - can progress career either within call centre or out of call centre

Cons

- you have to be adaptable to change because the work load depends on the government. - your time depends on how good of a team leader you have I guess

Pros

They provided ample opportunity for career development and training. Flex time is the best! The co-workers were motivated and doing their best to do a difficult job.

Cons

Sometimes a bit of a cubicle atmosphere (although that is changing) and tax might not be everybody's cup of team. You aren't the life of the party when you tell people you work for a tax administration.
